Wine & Craft Spirits Tasting

Apr 4, 2016

Stark-Spirits_Pasadena_CAChef Claude Beltran’s Bacchus’ Kitchen is the location for the 10th annual wine and craft spirits tasting to benefit the Pasadena Education Network.

The event is Sunday, April 10 and tickets are still available. This may be just the way to end a lovely weekend or fortify for another week: tasting wines, spirits provided by Pasadena’s micro distillery Stark Spirits, and desserts donated by Nothing Bundt Cakes. In addition, there will be “eclectic” foods, live music, a silent auction, and a whiskey bar.

Stark Spirits (photo, top right) distills its own creations: Sunshine Orange Brandy, Peated Single Malt Whiskey, California Gold Rum, Skyline Gin, and the Scandinavian spirit Aquavit (“flavorful characteristics of rye bread and caraway”).
