Peg Rahn is the former co-owner of Inner Gourmet Cooking School. She founded Fresh: Celebrating the Table classes and has led 16 culinary tours abroad. She’s a travel and food writer, been a James Beard Cookbook Awards judge, a cooking guest on television, a radio host, and a newspaper and magazine columnist. In 2012 she celebrated at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Beverly Hills as she was inducted as the newest member of the Los Angeles/Orange County Les Dames D’Escoffier International Chapter.
