County Arboretum fresh: creating the table fresh cooking classes Arboretum photoPeg Rahn and Sue Kranwinkle are back for their 12th FRESH: Creating the Table cooking class. “Jump start your holidays with a fun afternoon with delicious recipes to boost your repertoire.”

Of course there will be their current favorite fabulous recipes, and their “Insiders” Best Restaurant list that includes favorite restaurants in Southern California, San Francisco, and NYC, even Europe this time…..plus their preferred ethnic and interesting restaurants and markets…plus favorite cookbooks and blogs.

This is also a fundraiser for FRESH—”the famous ‘Opportunity Drawing’ of surprise goodies will be a part of the afternoon so, as Peg says, please be sure to visit the ATM!” ($10 per ticket or 3 for $20.)

Peg Rahn is the former co-owner of Inner Gourmet Cooking School. She founded Fresh: Celebrating the Table classes and has led 16 culinary tours abroad. She’s a travel and food writer, been a James Beard Cookbook Awards judge, a cooking guest on television, a radio host, and a newspaper and magazine columnist. In 2012 she celebrated at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago Beverly Hills as she was inducted as the newest member of the Los Angeles/Orange County Les Dames D’Escoffier International Chapter.
