True Food Kitchen is trying something new. On March 23, TFK will host its first Spring Community Dinner.
The idea is to create “an intimate, focused setting where the menu is served family-style and Executive Chef Philip Norsetter provides ample background, detail, and information. A wine pairing will accompany each course.
True Food Kitchen focuses on local, seasonal ingredients, and “simple preparations.” The meal offers guests a preview of the restaurant’s new spring menu, which debuts in April.
Spring Community Dinner Menu:
—First course: Torched avocado, paired with Crossings sauvignon blanc
—Second course: Spring ingredient salad, paired with Tangent pinot grigio
—Third course: Pan roasted chicken, paired with Panther Creek “Fox Block 11” pinot noir
—Dessert: Coconut & chia seed flan, paired with chamomile tea
