Feb 19, 2017

Artocarpus_heterophyllus_-_Flickr_-_Alex_Popovkin,_Bahia,_BrazilWho knew? Who knew we wanted to know? And when did we know that we didn’t know what we needed to know? (Channeling Rummy here.)

But now we can know—how to cook jackfruit—thanks to a free workshop conducted by nutritionist Kelly Kearns at Grassroots Market in South Pasadena on Tuesday, March 7.

Kearns will be teaching guests at this free event how to make jackfruit crab cakes and jackfruit tuna salad.

Kearns a “retired pro athlete and certified trainer who helps people understand the dynamics of eating for optimal health, weight management, disease recovery/prevention, and anti-aging.” She is founder, CEO, and owner of Green Goddess Coaching.
