Contessa Cooking Classes Are Back!

Luisa Fabbri of Contessa Italian Foods Collection is a favorite person of ours. Her boundless enthusiasm, endless optimism, extensive knowledge, and joy of life is addictive and contagious. So, anytime we can spend more time in Luisa’s presence, we sign right up.

We’ll let her make the pitch…

So many of you have asked and the time has finally come, so shall we have some cooking classes?

Those of you who have attended before are aware that more than a cooking class, it is a fun eating session we are talking about, and I am sure that for the foreseeable future all the scheduled suggestions will have a lot of fun stories and tales of India!

Check your calendar, call a few friends, and book your evening, these are the dates and themes:

Friday, March 31, 6:30 p.m.: All secrets and myths to pasta cooking shall be revealed!

Friday, April 7, 6:30 p.m.: What is a Risotto after-all!

Friday, April 14, 6:30 p.m.: “Expensive” EVOO is for Special dishes only, for the rest we can use the cheap version, right?

Friday, April 21, 6:30 p.m.: What do we do with that expensive Saffron?
