Cheese Entertaining 101

_MG_3732Imagine an hour immersed in the world—actually, the smell and taste—of St. André, cave-aged Emmenthal, or “D. Bernardo” Manchego. Domestically, the names might include Cypress Grove’s Marble Mountain, Best N West Jack, or Italcheese’s Bufala Mozzarella.

Nicole’s Market & Café is offering an early evening class on “the basics of entertaining with cheese,” helping hosts know what types of cheese to include in their event, how much to buy, how to cut and serve the cheese, and what to serve as accompaniments—all while guests taste test and partake in a glass of wine.

Cost: $45 per person; $80 per couple
Ten dollars of admission price goes towards the purchase of cheese during the event
