Bottled Cocktails with Mark Brown

Jun 11, 2017

The Parkway Grill invites one and all to come learn the “tricks of the trade” about making cocktails on June 17.

How about Barrel Aged Manhattan, Batch 40 Bourbon, or Barrel Old Fashioned? Jalapeño-spiked tequila even!

Mark Brown leads this cocktail class—singles, pitchers, and bottles to go. Parkway Grill hors d’oeuvres served while you create and taste.

Mark Brown is one of Parkway’s four bartenders who have a collective 92 years of experience. Parkway considers them “masters of the art of bartending” and cocktails are classic and invented, many made with fresh ingredients from the restaurant’s own organic garden and—gratefully—a “generous pour.”
