Fiore Market Cafe in South Pasadena is offering another in their series of Bread Making Classes on October 22nd.

We reviewed Fiore just last month (read it here) and we gushed about their roasted chicken sandwich. We were delighted when Bill and Anne offered to share their recipe with our readers (find roasted chicken, pesto, and bread recipes here), but if you’re not an accomplished baker or simply want a fun evening—Bill is a softly spoken, friendly proprietor—then sign up for their class and learn how to make a rustic loaf, focaccia, and Fiore’s baguettes.

Not surprisingly, these classes fill up quickly—$30 for 3 hours of instruction, including beverages, a light snack, and your own loaf of bread.

Have you ever dropped in to Fiore on a Tuesday afternoon when Bill has displayed hot-out-of-the-oven breads, their aromas wafting, as if directly to you and solely for you?

Who wouldn’t want to learn how to make bread like that…
