“Please, Sir, may I have some more?”
The 20th Annual Taste of Old Pasadena approaches quickly! $25 allows for All-You-Can-Eat samples from 30 participating restaurants, sponsored by the Old Pasadena Management District.
Here are some of our favorites:
Mignon Chocolate – dark chocolate ginger with sea salt, chili pepper ganache and Cuban mojito; just a few of the many, many tantalizing treats they have filling their display cases. mignonchocolate.com
21 Choices – custom-made, mix-in frozen yogurts (extra “yummy” stars for the organic fruit ones). 21choices.com.
Green Street Tavern – pretty and cozy with art nouveau curves, good wine and accomplished cooking. greenstreethouse.net
Vertical Wine Bistro – First-rate French-Mediterranean-American cuisine. The $29 Sunday supper is one of the finest deals in town. verticalwinebistro.com
Tibet Nepal House – Tibetan/Nepalese flavor with a dash of Chinese/Indian. Award-winning buffet lunch.

Beyond the Olive – their rich, intense, syrupy balsamic vinegars could actually put this at the top of this list (in the dessert column). beyondtheolive.com
Your appetite should now be purring in anticipation.
