The property at 1519 Echo Park Avenue includes three separate buildings that span several decades and building styles. In the back is a two-story, Spanish-Colonial style building from 1926; in the middle is a 100-year-old Craftsman-style home and in the front is a stucco box from 1946 that once housed a television and radio repair shop. The new owners have been busy restoring all three buildings, including painting a “Radio Television” sign with a bolt of electricity on the side of the old repair shop. Nice touch.
It’s not clear if the owners plan to flip this property or rent them out but they get extra points for that sign.
Craftsman home and Spanish-Colonial buildings are located behind the repair shop.
