Chloe’s at Golden Road is offering craft beer and prix fixe option for diners this Valentine’s Day. The private event space at the Atwater Village brewery is dishing up this specialty menu by Chef Adam Lavoe alongside live music from 7 pm -11 pm on Valentine’s Day. At $45 this dinner special also includes a special gift for each couple.

- Dumb Starbucks opened to much ado this weekend brewing up long lines and free drinks, leading patrons and Los Feliz residents alike to much speculation. Promotional ploy? Copyright infringement? The store was nearly identical to any Starbucks location aside from its “Dumb” sign and baby-talk drink names. Just as quickly as the store appeared, it is now gone leaving an empty storefront at 1802 Hillhurst. A neighboring proprietor notes it was for a film shoot. The LA Times confirms the shop was part of a gag put on by Comedy Central comedian Nathan Fielder. The parody store was shut down by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health for operating without a health permit.
- It’s no joke that Echo Park’s Ouli, originally intended as a pop-up venture, will be keeping its doors open throughout the year, reports the LA Times. The small Echo Park Avenue space features Peter Shire ceramics, handmade jewelry, and other one-of-a-kind goods.
