Former Del Mor Apartments

Scenes & Sightings: Goodbye Del Mor Apartments, hello Grafton Lofts photoOnly a few months after being sold for $9.275  million, the four-story Del Mor Apartments building on Echo Park Avenue has a new name – Grafton Lofts – and a new look thanks to a black-and-white color scheme on the ground floor. Kind of a classy look for the 86-year-old building. But Grafton Lofts?

Anyway, the new leasing site does not say what the apartments are renting for but, according to Polaris Property Management, the tenants of the 44 units are located in an area “where sophistication and creative inhabitants collide.”
