Updated at 11:11 pm Wendy Carrillo   defeated Luis López based on unofficial results from today’s 51st State Assembly runoff election. With 100% of precincts reporting, Carrillo claimed 52.83% of the vote compared to 47.17% for Lopez.  according to the L.A.
