  • A group of artist are holding an auction to support the renovation of the Church of the Epiphany, the 128-year-old Lincoln Heights church that played an important role in Chicano rights movement, reports the L.A. Times.
  • Two suspected burglars were arrested after a police pursuit ended in front of a York Boulevard motel, reports CBS2.
  • Supporters of a Boyle Heights marijuana farmers’ market are trying to get it reopened after a judge shut down the marketplace, reports ABC7.
