The small team behind 4 Site Real Estate made a big splash in 2008 with Auburn 7, a modern-style, seven-home development on the north end of Silver Lake that sold out before it was finished. The firm has remained busy since then on several projects, including a recently completed 11-unit apartment building on Sanborn Avenue (pictured) and a soon-to-be-finished five-home development on Scandia Way in Glassell Park. Now, the firm has an Echo Park project in the works.
The firm has filed an application with the city’s Planning Department to carve up a property at 2001 and 2005 Bellevue Avenue near the 101 Freeway into four separate lots. “Two units would have access off the alley and two off the street,” said 4 Site partner Todd Wexman.
There are no details yet on when the project would break ground but Wexman and his partners are already working on other developments. That includes another two homes on Scandia Way in Glassell Park and a two-home development at 3425 Larrisa Drive.
