Tram:  A proposal to build an aerial tram between Union Station and Dodger Stadium has continued to move forward. Metro, the transportation agency that owns Union Station, said it will be asking the backers of the unsolicited proposal to submit more precise information about its business model, service design and what value it brings to residents. If Metro approves the more refined concept, the agency could then move forward to pursue a possible deal, start a competitive bidding process or “some other arrangement.” My News LA

Agent: A U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer was found guilty of abusing a program that provided discounted homes to law enforcement officers.  Kanit Kunnaragthai said that he lived in a Moreno Valley home he had bought under the program, prosecutors said. Instead, officials said Kunnaragthai rented out the Moreno Valley home to college students while he and his family lived in Eagle Rock. U.S. Attorney
