The merchants of leafy, idyllic Mission Street have banded together to put on an event they’re calling a Summer Stroll, to take place all day Friday and Saturday. Most of the merchants located under the century-old carrotwood trees will be offering some sort of event, refreshment and/or sale prices. Highlights will include a balloon artist at Saturday’s Child, face painting at Paperwhites, a 15% discount on wine at Julienne, and food and drink at many stops.
